DBP Invests P600-Million in AMSI DOCTORS' Medical Center for Expansion and Advanced Medical Equipment

In a substantial move to bolster healthcare services in Laguna, the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) has announced a generous funding support of P600-million to AMSI Doctors' Medical Center, Inc.

This substantial investment will facilitate the construction of an impressive eight-story Level 2 hospital and aid in the procurement of state-of-the-art medical equipment and machinery.

This new establishment, named AMSI DOCTORS' Medical Center, stems from the collaborative vision and efforts of the management and founders of Advanced Medical Systems, Inc. (AMSI). It's worth noting that AMSI also operates Calamba Doctors' Hospital.

The primary motivation behind this significant investment and expansion is to proactively respond to the projected surge in demand for comprehensive medical care services, not just in Calamba City, but also in adjacent cities and municipalities. By doing so, the institution aims to ensure that residents have access to top-tier healthcare facilities and services without having to travel great distances.

The strategic partnership between DBP and AMSI Doctors' Medical Center signifies a shared commitment to enhancing health infrastructure and ensuring the well-being of the local community. With this significant move, both entities reiterate their dedication to delivering world-class healthcare services to the people of Laguna and its neighboring regions.
